photo album upload form for fhs sports facebook pages

use this form to notify the webmaster that you have uploaded (or are uploading) pictures via ftp for a foothill sports facebook page.

Type the filename of the picture that you want to represent this album, or your favorite picture. E.g. BLAH1032.JPG
